Creations in Wood are a UK based company offering high quality wooden toys.
Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product pages
and click on the Buy Now button shown alongside the product you would like to
purchase. After adding an item to your shopping cart by pressing the Buy
Now button, you will be shown the current contents of your cart. At this
point you can easily change quantities, delete items from your cart,
continue shopping or checkout.
After pressing the Checkout button you will be prompted to sign in or create an account. Once you have signed in you can complete your order using either credit card or UK debit card or cheque. When the order is complete you will be sent an email confirming your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Maestro as forms of payment.
All transactions will be charged in UK pounds and will be shown on your
credit card statement in your local currency. Please note that the
transaction will appear on your statement as Creations in Wood.

For non-UK mainland and international orders we will contact you to confirm shipping costs prior to charging your credit card.
Delivery schedule
We aim to deliver all items within 5 working days. We will email you if there is a longer delay.
Back orders
If any item from your order is not in stock, we will back order it for
you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be
shipped.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with the items supplied against any order, simply return them, within 7 working days, for either an exchange or a refund (less postage). Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and they must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging.
